What is an instant water heater?
The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. This means there is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, and longer lifespan, since there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts on the resistance and other components.
It operates with electricity and is single-phase.
How It Works
The instant water heater has an inlet pipe for cold water, which passes through the heating element, gets heated, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is that the pressure of the incoming cold water is not too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat, so it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without needing to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature that it can reach for hot water production is 55 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 2.5 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.
Advantages of instant water heaters compared to traditional electric water heaters
It is small in size and doesn't take up much space.
There are no energy losses, as only the water being used is heated at that moment. Therefore, we save on the electricity bill. In a traditional water heater, the hot water that is not used is wasted.

Η χρήση του ταχυθερμαντήρα ως κεντρικού φαίνεται να είναι απόλυτα ικανοποιητική. Ο βαθμός αποτελεσματικότητάς του όμως σε συνθήκες χειμώνα μένει να δοκιμαστεί. Θα επαναξιολογήσω σε εύθετο χρόνο.

Λοιπόν, πολύ καλό , ζεσταίνει αρκετά και πάση θυσία πρέπει να βάλεις το δικό του τηλέφωνο στο ντούς γιατί έχει ρυθμιστή πίεσης. Το μείον, αν και ρυθμίζεται αλλά όχι 100% είναι ότι στο ζεστό πέφτει η πίεση του ,σε σχέση με το κρύο . Είναι αισθητή η χαμηλή πίεση. Ικανοποιητική, αλλά ... Ο λόγος είναι μου είπαν αυτοί που ήρθαν να το εγκαταστήσουν, ότι μειώνει την πίεση του ζεστού , για να προλάβει να ζεσταθεί και να κάνει τον κύκλο. Αν το βάλει φουλ πίεση , δεν θα προλάβει να ζεστάνει και μπορεί να πετάξει λίγο κρύο . Θετικά λοιπόν: 1 οικονομία , έχεις μόνιμα ζεστό νερό στη στιγμή, αντί να έχεις έναν κανονικό θερμοσίφωνα να καίει μισή ώρα να ζεστάνει λίγο νερό , οπότε 24/7 έχεις ζεστό νερό ..2 : έχει άμεση απόκριση με ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας. Εγώ ανώτερη είπα στα παιδιά να το βάλουν 52 βαθμούς .3 σου δίνει δικό του τηλέφωνο το οποίο ρυθμίζει καλύτερα την πίεση και κάνεις τη δουλειά σου
Αρνητικό: 1 , στο ζεστό όπως είπα πιο πάνω, μειώνει αισθητά την πίεση για να προλάβει να ζεστάνει το νερό και να έρθει απευθείας. Είναι ικανοποιητικό, αλλά με τα δικά μου κριτήρια. Οι υδραυλικοί που ήρθαν να κάνουν εγκατάσταση, απλά απενεργοποίησαν τον θερμοσίφωνα που υπήρχε και το κρέμασαν εκεί και το ρύθμισαν.
