All burners are equipped with heavy-duty INOX burners and are low-pressure. They feature a removable drip tray, a two-position switch with a pilot, and low-pressure thermocouples that are covered to prevent clogging.

With the innovative new pilot with a helical shape, grease does not easily accumulate on the pilot, making it much harder to clog.

Important: The burner has no backplate, while the burners are pulled forwards and backwards, allowing very large pans and pots to fit.

For those of you who want to cook in smaller sized cookware, there is the option of placing a crown on the burner eyes. The result is that half of the flame is directed to the center of the pot or pan, and the other half of the flame is directed further out from the center of the cookware.
