What do users say? AI-generated summary

Users generally appreciate the clothes airer’s large capacity and practicality, as well as the space it saves on the balcony. They find it convenient for indoor or outdoor use and for drying several items of clothing. However, several mention that the plastic supports are weak and the airer lacks durability, particularly when holding heavy clothes or a lot of weight.

It is essentially not stable at all, only for very light clothes, underwear-socks.
Also, it has to stay permanently open once you put it on the railing, which makes it particularly annoying; I mean that its sides cannot close because of the plastic pieces that hold it in place.

    Very good
Okay, it's not for a lifetime, let's not be greedy, at some point it will break, especially if we overload it.
In general, I am satisfied, it has a lot of space.
And when it breaks, I will buy it again.

Not so durable. The plastic support arms loosened and became useless soon, with no spare parts available. Also, one outer side broke after a few years of use. To use it, I tied it with ropes to the railings. Fortunately, it does not rust.

I have rented rooms and it has been very convenient for me because it is stable, durable, but at the same time it does not take up any space on the balcony. It is exactly what I needed for the rooms I have.

The clothes rack is completely cheaply made. While it claims to hold 12 kilograms, it can't even hold 3! The aluminum is flimsy and bent from the first day I placed it on the rails without even hanging sheets or large towels. I contacted the company several times and didn't receive the slightest response!! I lost 24 euros including shipping! Disgraceful
