It can be managed through cloud or on-premises controller. The range is amazing due to the high gain antennas. Impressive performance at 2.4GHz, and in combination with the extremely fast and effective band steering, you will always have the best possible speeds even in challenging spaces with walls. As for roaming, having tested it in a small 3-story hotel with 1 AP per floor, I have to say it works amazingly. It's not exactly value for money, but for professional use, it's just what you need
