Warnings - Precautions:

• There is a risk of hypercalcemia if you consume Vitamin >4000IU per day. For this reason, it is recommended to perform tests to check calcium levels before taking very high doses.
• At doses greater than 10,000IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, reduced appetite, dry mouth, and metallic taste may occur.
• Store in a dry and cool place, at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius.
