The K-5 S Mono by AGV is a full-face helmet that protects the entire head and jaw. For this reason, this type of helmet is considered the safest and most durable for both travel and city rides. It is made of composite fibre, which makes it flexible and resistant to shock absorption. It secures with a double D-ring buckle, also known as a ring. It is the safest and most reliable buckle, but it requires both hands to fasten. Worst quality of construction, the clips of the visor break easily, the entire interior lining loosened after 2 years and is useless, also one clip that attaches it to the helmet broke the first time I took it off, the only positive thing compared to other helmets I have, and even more expensive ones, is the relatively good sound insulation. Definitely not worth its money.
Κάκιστη ποιότητα κατασκευής, τα κλιπ της ζελατίνας σπάνε εύκολα, όλη η εσωτερική επένδυση χαλάρωσε μετά από 2 χρόνια και είναι για πέταμα, επίσης 1 κλιπ που την κουμπώνει στο κράνος έσπασε την πρώτη φορά που την έβγαλα, το μόνο θετικό έχοντας για σύγκριση άλλα κράνη που έχω και μάλιστα αρκετά ακριβότερα είναι η σχετικά καλή ηχομόνωση. Σίγουρα δεν αξίζει τα χρήματά του.
This helmet is very nice. I bought it for 280 and I really recommend it to others as a first helmet. I got the plain white color and on the first day, it got a little scratched on my door as I was getting out, which doesn't bother me much but it was a bit annoying. Of course, I'm not saying that white is a bad color for this particular helmet, on the contrary, I think you will like it more because up close it looks like a pearl. Now that I think about it, I would buy this one again in the future.
Το κρανος αυτο ειναι πολυ ωραιο.Το αγορασα με 280 και πραγματικα το συνιστηνω και σε αλλους σαν πρωτο κρανος.Εγω πηρα το σκετο ασπρο χρωμα και λιγο την πρωτη μερα βρηκε πολυ λιγο στην πορτα μου ετσι οπως εβγαινα με αποτελεσμα να δημιουργηθει μια μικρη γρατσουνια που εμενα δεν με πολυ πειραζει αλλα ξενερωσα λιγακι.Βεβαια δεν λεω εδω οτι το ασπρο ειναι κακο χρωμα για το συγκεκριμενο, αντιθετως νομιζω οτι θα σας αρεσει πιο πολυ γιατι απο κοντα ειναι τυπου μαργαριταρι.Τωρα που το σκεφτομαι το συγκεκριμενο θα το ξαναεπαιρνα αργοτερα στο μελλον.
Good helmet overall. It has served me well in my everyday life. I have had it for about a year. Its downside is the mediocre sound insulation at higher kilometers. The noise is quite annoying after 100 km!
Καλό κράνος σε γενικές γραμμές. Με έχει βολέψει στην καθημερινότητα μου. Το έχω περίπου ένα έτος. Στα μείον του είναι η μέτρια ηχομόνωση στα παραπάνω χιλιόμετρα. Ο θόρυβος είναι αρκετά ενοχλητικός μετά τα 100 χλμ!
The helmet is simply amazing!!! It's worth every penny and more! Minimal noise, I would say it's normal. Lightweight and fits perfectly! The double ring is an issue, but you get used to it over time. And one of its many good features is the internal visor for the sun!

I have had it for about 6 months now, and due to my work, it feels like I have been using it for years. It is a high-quality helmet with a great finish and excellent ventilation. It fits perfectly on my head!
I would give it 3 stars, but it's not worth it for 3 stupid flaws that directly affect me!
1) The D-ring strap closure is unacceptably short! It's so difficult to fasten it that you have to push the cheek pads in first. It looks cheap, despite the beautiful logos. It reminds me of a bag strap from a Chinese store. In contrast, the strap on the V2 Carbon helmet from Caberg had a texture similar to car seat belts and was long enough for me to quickly put it on and take it off without undoing the D-ring connection. When I tried to do the same with the K-5, due to its limited length, I got a burn on my nose from the friction!
Regarding this: I don't fasten the helmet strap properly, but I have to keep it loose because it hits my helmet a lot while riding. I have to tie it in a knot to make it shorter.
2) The adhesive pad on the forehead is so thin in design that it easily comes off when taking the helmet on and off, and the adhesive scratches my forehead and irritates it, so I have to readjust it constantly!
3) Although the visor's scales (which are replaceable) are of good quality and hold well, it lacks an important scale that is one click after fully opening it! It means that it only opens to 2/4 of the scales... Supposedly, it has a plastic piece in front that pushes the visor a few millimeters, but it doesn't help much. As a result, either a lot of air hits my face at 2/4 opening, or I keep it closed and don't have much oxygen, and the visor easily gets foggy at night! It's like holding an egg and cutting it, basically!
An additional informal negative point is that the anti-fog visor (the double layer) has lost its silicone with the heat, so I have to remove it, and on cold nights, I don't have anti-fog protection!
UPDATE 10/08/2020: I went to the store where I bought it and told them about the strap, but they thought I was exaggerating. They said, "I don't have that problem." However, I am the one experiencing it! The cheek pads have adjusted, and the D-ring fastens a bit easier, but not as securely as I would like.
Regarding the visor scales, they told me that the replacement parts they have are adjusted differently to allow customization, if I remember correctly, one is fully up and fully down, and another adjustment that still doesn't suit the important 1/4 opening, which is crucial in winter for both cold and noise reduction.
I ended up removing the adhesive pad on the front and finally found some peace.

Το έχω κανα 6μηνο περιπου ,και λογω εργασίας μου ειναι σαν να το χρησιμοποιώ χρόνο.
Ποιοτικο κράνος με φινίρισμα,και πολυ καλο εξαερισμό.Εφαρμόζει τέλεια στο κεφάλι!
Θα έβαζα 3 αστερία αλλα δεν αξιζει να γινει για 3 βλαμενα ελαττώματα, τα οποία όμως με επηρεάζουν άμεσα!
1) Ο ίμαντας D-ring κλείσιμο είναι απαράδεκτα κοντός! Τόσο που με το ζόρι το καταφέρνεις να το δέσεις,και πρέπει να εχουν χωνεψει και τα μαξιλάρια στα μαγουλα πρώτα. Ειναι φτηνιάρικος στην όψη,παρολες τις όμορφες λεπτομερείς με τα Logo του.Θυμίζει ιμαντα τσαντάκι απο κινεζικό μαγαζί. Σε αντίθεση με τον ιμαντα του V2 Carbon τις Caberg που ειχα ειχε την υφη σαν τις ζώνες αυτοκίνητου,και ήταν αρκετα μακρυ ωστε να μπωρω να το βαζω-βγαζω γρηγορα χωρις να ξελύνω την D-ring σύνδεση,Στο K-5 που προσπαθησα να το κανω,λογω του οριακου μηκους του επαθα έγκαυμα στην μυτη απο την τριβη του!
Στο διαταυτα:Το κρανος δεν το δενω κανονικά το λουράκι του, αλλα αναγκάζομαι να το εχω λυμένο, και μάλιστα επειδη χτυπάει το κράνος μου με τα πολλα χιλιομετρα, αναγκαστικά να το δέσω κομπο για να κοντύνει περισσοτερο!
2)Το σκρατς αυτοκόλλητο μαξιλαράκι στο μέτωπο ειναι τοσο ψιλο στην σχεδίαση,που απο το βγαλε-βαλε στο κεφάλι ξεκολλάει εύκολα,και το σκρατς τσιμπάει το μέτωπο μου και το ερεθίζει,με συνεπεία να το διορθώνω τρείς και λίγο!
3)Παρόλο που στην ζελατίνα οι σκάλες του (που έχει και ανταλλακτικά) ειναι ποιοτικές και δυνατές στην συγκράτηση τις,του ληπεί μια σημαντική σκάλα που είναι ένα κλικ μετα το άνοιγμα τις! Δηλαδη ανοίγει απο τα 2/4 των σκαλων...υποτίθεται οτι έχει ενα πλαστικο μπροστα που σπρωχνει λιγα χιλιοστα την ζελατινα αλλα δεν βοηθάει και πολυ, με συνεπεια, ειτε θα με χτυπαει πολυς αερας στα 2/4 ,ειτε θα το έχω κλειστό και δεν θα εχω πολυ οξυγόνο,και θα θολώνει εύκολα η ζελατίνα το βραδυ! Πίασε το αυγο και κούρευτο δηλαδή!
Ενα άτυπο 4) αρνητικό ειναι οτι η αντιθαμπωτικη ζελατινα του (το διπλο τζαμακι δηλαδη) με την ζέστη εχει ξεκολλήσει η σιλικόνη του`,με συνεπεία να την βγαλω και τα κρυα βραδια να μην εχω αντιθαμπωτικη προστασια!
UPDATE 10/08/2020 : Πηγα απο το μαγαζί που το αγόρασα,και τους ειπα για το λουράκι,και τους φάνηκε υπερβολικό αυτο που λέω.Αυτοι το λενε, Εγω όμως το ζω! Τα μαξιλαρακια χωνεψαν και δενει λιγο ποιο ευκολα το D-ring αλλα όχι το περιθωριο που θες να ειναι μονιμα δεμενο.
Για τις σκάλες τις ζελατίνας μου είπαν οτι τα ανταλλακτικα που έχει ειναι με αλλο πάτημα στις σκαλες, για να την ρυθμίζεις οπως σε βολεύει, αν θυμαμαι ειπε το ενα ειναι τερμα πανω-τερμα κατω, και μια αλλη ρύθιση που παλι δεν βολευε το 1/4 ανοιγμα που ειναι σημαντικοτατο τον χειμώνα, και απο κρυο και απο φασαρια.
Το σκρατς αυτοκολητο του μπροστά μαξιλαριού ,τελικά το ξήλωσα με ένα κοπίδι και ησύχασα.
Αυτα προς το παρων ελπιζω να βοηθησα.
Do not buy it...it has a color issue...the color cracked and I expected two more helmets for replacement and they had the same issue...at speeds over 130 it is not aerodynamically good...it is not worth the money

Guys, the only thing I can say about this helmet is a big thank you because it saved me!!! I had a crash with my GLX at 120 km/h and I slid for many meters... This specific helmet not only saved me from certain death because when I was sliding, my head was constantly hitting the road, but it also kept my head intact from a fall that would have definitely killed me without it. I bought the helmet again since the previous one became useless after the crash, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying it!!!

Έπεσε σε στροφή με το GLX με 120 και σύρθηκα για πολλά μέτρα...Το συγκεκριμένο κράνος όχι απλά με έσωσε από σίγουρο θάνατο γιατί όταν σερνόμουν το κεφάλι μου χτύπαγε συνεχώς τον δρόμο, αλλά έβγαλε το κεφαλι μου άθικτο από πτώση που σίγουρα χωρίς αυτό ήμουν νεκρός. Το ξανά αγόρασα το κράνος μιας και το προηγούμενο βγήκε άχρηστο απ το τρακάρισμα και το προτείνω σε όσους σκέφτονται να το αγοράσουν!!!

It means that it only opens to 2/4 of the scales... Supposedly, it has a plastic piece in front that pushes the visor a few millimeters, but it doesn't help much. As a result, either a lot of air hits my face at 2/4 opening, or I keep it closed and don't have much oxygen, and the visor easily gets foggy at night! It's like holding an egg and cutting it, basically!
An additional informal negative point is that the anti-fog visor (the double layer) has lost its silicone with the heat, so I have to remove it, and on cold nights, I don't have anti-fog protection!
UPDATE 10/08/2020: I went to the store where I bought it and told them about the strap, but they thought I was exaggerating. They said, "I don't have that problem." However, I am the one experiencing it! The cheek pads have adjusted, and the D-ring fastens a bit easier, but not as securely as I would like.
Regarding the visor scales, they told me that the replacement parts they have are adjusted differently to allow customization, if I remember correctly, one is fully up and fully down, and another adjustment that still doesn't suit the important 1/4 opening, which is crucial in winter for both cold and noise reduction.
I ended up removing the adhesive pad on the front and finally found some peace.

Το έχω κανα 6μηνο περιπου ,και λογω εργασίας μου ειναι σαν να το χρησιμοποιώ χρόνο.
Ποιοτικο κράνος με φινίρισμα,και πολυ καλο εξαερισμό.Εφαρμόζει τέλεια στο κεφάλι!
Θα έβαζα 3 αστερία αλλα δεν αξιζει να γινει για 3 βλαμενα ελαττώματα, τα οποία όμως με επηρεάζουν άμεσα!
1) Ο ίμαντας D-ring κλείσιμο είναι απαράδεκτα κοντός! Τόσο που με το ζόρι το καταφέρνεις να το δέσεις,και πρέπει να εχουν χωνεψει και τα μαξιλάρια στα μαγουλα πρώτα. Ειναι φτηνιάρικος στην όψη,παρολες τις όμορφες λεπτομερείς με τα Logo του.Θυμίζει ιμαντα τσαντάκι απο κινεζικό μαγαζί. Σε αντίθεση με τον ιμαντα του V2 Carbon τις Caberg που ειχα ειχε την υφη σαν τις ζώνες αυτοκίνητου,και ήταν αρκετα μακρυ ωστε να μπωρω να το βαζω-βγαζω γρηγορα χωρις να ξελύνω την D-ring σύνδεση,Στο K-5 που προσπαθησα να το κανω,λογω του οριακου μηκους του επαθα έγκαυμα στην μυτη απο την τριβη του!
Στο διαταυτα:Το κρανος δεν το δενω κανονικά το λουράκι του, αλλα αναγκάζομαι να το εχω λυμένο, και μάλιστα επειδη χτυπάει το κράνος μου με τα πολλα χιλιομετρα, αναγκαστικά να το δέσω κομπο για να κοντύνει περισσοτερο!
2)Το σκρατς αυτοκόλλητο μαξιλαράκι στο μέτωπο ειναι τοσο ψιλο στην σχεδίαση,που απο το βγαλε-βαλε στο κεφάλι ξεκολλάει εύκολα,και το σκρατς τσιμπάει το μέτωπο μου και το ερεθίζει,με συνεπεία να το διορθώνω τρείς και λίγο!
3)Παρόλο που στην ζελατίνα οι σκάλες του (που έχει και ανταλλακτικά) ειναι ποιοτικές και δυνατές στην συγκράτηση τις,του ληπεί μια σημαντική σκάλα που είναι ένα κλικ μετα το άνοιγμα τις! Δηλαδη ανοίγει απο τα 2/4 των σκαλων...υποτίθεται οτι έχει ενα πλαστικο μπροστα που σπρωχνει λιγα χιλιοστα την ζελατινα αλλα δεν βοηθάει και πολυ, με συνεπεια, ειτε θα με χτυπαει πολυς αερας στα 2/4 ,ειτε θα το έχω κλειστό και δεν θα εχω πολυ οξυγόνο,και θα θολώνει εύκολα η ζελατίνα το βραδυ! Πίασε το αυγο και κούρευτο δηλαδή!
Ενα άτυπο 4) αρνητικό ειναι οτι η αντιθαμπωτικη ζελατινα του (το διπλο τζαμακι δηλαδη) με την ζέστη εχει ξεκολλήσει η σιλικόνη του`,με συνεπεία να την βγαλω και τα κρυα βραδια να μην εχω αντιθαμπωτικη προστασια!
UPDATE 10/08/2020 : Πηγα απο το μαγαζί που το αγόρασα,και τους ειπα για το λουράκι,και τους φάνηκε υπερβολικό αυτο που λέω.Αυτοι το λενε, Εγω όμως το ζω! Τα μαξιλαρακια χωνεψαν και δενει λιγο ποιο ευκολα το D-ring αλλα όχι το περιθωριο που θες να ειναι μονιμα δεμενο.
Για τις σκάλες τις ζελατίνας μου είπαν οτι τα ανταλλακτικα που έχει ειναι με αλλο πάτημα στις σκαλες, για να την ρυθμίζεις οπως σε βολεύει, αν θυμαμαι ειπε το ενα ειναι τερμα πανω-τερμα κατω, και μια αλλη ρύθιση που παλι δεν βολευε το 1/4 ανοιγμα που ειναι σημαντικοτατο τον χειμώνα, και απο κρυο και απο φασαρια.
Το σκρατς αυτοκολητο του μπροστά μαξιλαριού ,τελικά το ξήλωσα με ένα κοπίδι και ησύχασα.
Αυτα προς το παρων ελπιζω να βοηθησα.
Do not buy it...it has a color issue...the color cracked and I expected two more helmets for replacement and they had the same issue...at speeds over 130 it is not aerodynamically good...it is not worth the money

Guys, the only thing I can say about this helmet is a big thank you because it saved me!!! I had a crash with my GLX at 120 km/h and I slid for many meters... This specific helmet not only saved me from certain death because when I was sliding, my head was constantly hitting the road, but it also kept my head intact from a fall that would have definitely killed me without it. I bought the helmet again since the previous one became useless after the crash, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying it!!!

Έπεσε σε στροφή με το GLX με 120 και σύρθηκα για πολλά μέτρα...Το συγκεκριμένο κράνος όχι απλά με έσωσε από σίγουρο θάνατο γιατί όταν σερνόμουν το κεφάλι μου χτύπαγε συνεχώς τον δρόμο, αλλά έβγαλε το κεφαλι μου άθικτο από πτώση που σίγουρα χωρίς αυτό ήμουν νεκρός. Το ξανά αγόρασα το κράνος μιας και το προηγούμενο βγήκε άχρηστο απ το τρακάρισμα και το προτείνω σε όσους σκέφτονται να το αγοράσουν!!!
Good helmet but I would prefer better quality interiors for summer with very hot the helmet is very good in ventilation. Very lightweight but very noisy.

Worst quality of construction, the clips of the visor break easily, the entire interior lining loosened after 2 years and is useless, also one clip that attaches it to the helmet broke the first time I took it off, the only positive thing compared to other helmets I have, and even more expensive ones, is the relatively good sound insulation. Definitely not worth its money.
Κάκιστη ποιότητα κατασκευής, τα κλιπ της ζελατίνας σπάνε εύκολα, όλη η εσωτερική επένδυση χαλάρωσε μετά από 2 χρόνια και είναι για πέταμα, επίσης 1 κλιπ που την κουμπώνει στο κράνος έσπασε την πρώτη φορά που την έβγαλα, το μόνο θετικό έχοντας για σύγκριση άλλα κράνη που έχω και μάλιστα αρκετά ακριβότερα είναι η σχετικά καλή ηχομόνωση. Σίγουρα δεν αξίζει τα χρήματά του.
This helmet is very nice. I bought it for 280 and I really recommend it to others as a first helmet. I got the plain white color and on the first day, it got a little scratched on my door as I was getting out, which doesn't bother me much but it was a bit annoying. Of course, I'm not saying that white is a bad color for this particular helmet, on the contrary, I think you will like it more because up close it looks like a pearl. Now that I think about it, I would buy this one again in the future.
Το κρανος αυτο ειναι πολυ ωραιο.Το αγορασα με 280 και πραγματικα το συνιστηνω και σε αλλους σαν πρωτο κρανος.Εγω πηρα το σκετο ασπρο χρωμα και λιγο την πρωτη μερα βρηκε πολυ λιγο στην πορτα μου ετσι οπως εβγαινα με αποτελεσμα να δημιουργηθει μια μικρη γρατσουνια που εμενα δεν με πολυ πειραζει αλλα ξενερωσα λιγακι.Βεβαια δεν λεω εδω οτι το ασπρο ειναι κακο χρωμα για το συγκεκριμενο, αντιθετως νομιζω οτι θα σας αρεσει πιο πολυ γιατι απο κοντα ειναι τυπου μαργαριταρι.Τωρα που το σκεφτομαι το συγκεκριμενο θα το ξαναεπαιρνα αργοτερα στο μελλον.

Καλό κράνος σε γενικές γραμμές. Με έχει βολέψει στην καθημερινότητα μου. Το έχω περίπου ένα έτος. Στα μείον του είναι η μέτρια ηχομόνωση στα παραπάνω χιλιόμετρα. Ο θόρυβος είναι αρκετά ενοχλητικός μετά τα 100 χλμ!
