    This particular extractor initially scared us quite a bit, it made excessive noise and didn't pull properly. Just when we were disappointed, we discovered that it wasn't the machine's fault but the person who had installed it. Since the house was new, the hole and the pipe they had put in were 10mm while the manufacturer specifies at least 15mm for this particular model. As soon as we fixed the issue and everything fell into place, the extractor works great... normal noise and good performance, so be careful with who installs it.
