Okay, it's one thing to talk about an 800 euro stationary exercise bike and another thing to talk about a 20+ euro one.
First of all, it's not a bike, it's just a pedal exerciser.
The resistance is not great, it's like riding a regular bike on a straight road at low speeds (I would have liked to have to push harder). It also feels like riding a water bike, where as you pedal, the propeller hits the air and your legs turn somewhat "chaotically" and quickly around.
The plastic parts where the metal rubs against them get worn out and their knobs fall off.
You have to tighten it all the way to say that it has some resistance (not great).
If you do arm exercises, it's okay.
Also, it doesn't stand stable anywhere, you have to put it against a wall or lean it on some furniture to keep it from moving around.
Despite all this, if I do a 20-minute workout, I start to feel like I did something.
