    Good waterproofing. The surface becomes like a pool sealant with that characteristic shine that resembles plastic. Good cleaning, 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of this will last you 6-7 years.

The brush-applied Isomat Isoflex PU 500 waterproofing coating forms an elastic, vapour-permeable membrane with no joints or seams. It is a single-component product designed for waterproofing roofs, and is also suitable for balconies, green roofs and planters, beneath tiles or thermal insulation boards.

Its polyurethane formulation adheres to concrete, cement screed, wood, and existing acrylic or hybrid liquid-applied membranes. The membrane withstands mechanical, chemical and thermal stress, UV radiation, weathering and prolonged exposure to standing water. Apply in two coats using a brush or roller, with a total consumption of 1.0–1.5 kg/m².
