They show slightly higher than the lab by values close to 100 (about 3-5 units). It has very good repeatability, which means you only need 1 measurement, unlike others that can show large differences in 2 consecutive measurements and you waste strips to confirm.

I don't know if I'm handling it incorrectly; while I use strips that have not expired and carefully follow the measurement instructions, the sensor struggles a lot to detect the presence of blood on the analyzer, and even when it does recognize the blood application, it does not consider it sufficient, even though I often make sure to add more than enough. Especially in the beginning, I was able to take measurements relatively easily, but lately, there have been times when I have used up to 8 strips and still failed to successfully take a measurement. In general, my successful measurement rate is only 23.6%, meaning on average I needed about 4 strips to get a valid measurement without error E1,2,6,8,20. Sometimes it starts calculating but then gives an error, other times it asks for more blood, I add it but it keeps insisting; overall, just to get one measurement you may need to dedicate ten minutes and a lot of patience.

It is easy to use, but the readings it gives me, at least, are 10 to 20 units higher than the other meter I have, the ABBOTT precision neo, while it showed 10 units higher than the laboratory. I am talking about the meter, not the strips.

Very expensive and the measurements were significantly higher than those of the laboratory, in a measurement taken half an hour later without food intake.

I compared it with a next from the same company but a different model and it showed exactly the same. Very good tapes without throwing some away due to mistakes.

They were purchased for the Contour Care meter by Ascensia and they fit like a glove.
