The Biologos chamomile essential oil is extracted from the plant’s flowers by steam distillation. It has a soft, floral scent and a pale yellow, almost transparent color. The chamomile is Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), and the oil comes from Egypt.

Its composition consists mainly of esters, alcohols, and ketones. It blends well with bergamot, rose, geranium, lavender, cedarwood, rosewood, jasmine, frankincense, marjoram, and ylang-ylang essential oils.
