Description

The automatic filling switch is a device capable of automatically filling the heating system to the selected pressure. 

The use of the switch is also necessary for balancing the pressure drop caused by the extraction of air from the circuit through the air vent valves. 

It is usually installed at the entrance of a heating system, between two switches, so that it can be removed without requiring the system to be drained.

It is possible to install the switch with a by-pass to reduce the filling times of the system. In this way, the system is filled 2/3 through the by-pass and the remaining 1/3 through the switch, making it easier to evacuate any potential air bubbles from the system.

    Within a year it got clogged and whatever pressure the water supply had was sent into the boiler, resulting in water leaking from the boiler's vent. It literally lasted a year with water from Chalkida! Unacceptable! I opened it, cleaned it, but it still doesn't hold pressure. Wasted money!!!

    It constantly sticks with the salts. It takes hits to come off. The indication on the pressure gauge has a deviation of 0.5-1.0 bar from reality. I would not buy it again.

    I have the model with the screw.. From the moment it was installed.. It got damaged by the salts... It constantly took hits to come off.. After 3 years... It remained as it is due to wood placements.. With a new far again... Because they praised it.... This one has broken after 13 years and the water returned during water outage.... Let's consider calefi... I also have a Bras form... But I didn't go crazy... Same style as far...

    It does its job, without being anything exceptional. The preset is a joke. Only by coincidence will the indicator of the regulator match the actual filling pressure. Don't rely on the preset, but adjust it like any other automatic filler. I have gone through quite a few of these fillers and have come to the conclusion that with quite a bit less money you can find more reliable fillers, which simply do not have the preset (which doesn't work on this one either)....

    UPDATE 2 years later, the 2nd one is also going to the trash!
    2 out of 2 in 2 years!!! I wonder why they praise it as a good brand!
    The attachment is ATROCIOUS. It constantly loses its settings and gets stuck.
    I don't remember what brand the old one was that we had for 30 years and it didn't break at all.
