    Very beautiful metallic shelves with a nice finish. Rounded corners at the end of the arms so there is no risk of injury. The ends of the arms are recessed at the bottom of the shelves and less visible. Metallic shelves were preferred over wooden ones, with the logic that they are easier to clean and will not "deform" over time in the middle. Time will tell how they will respond to this.
