Biologos Clary Sage essential oil is extracted from the flowering tops of the plant by steam distillation. It has a sweet, mild, floral aroma with a camphoraceous character, and a pale, almost transparent color.
It contains approximately 75% linalyl acetate, as well as linalool and β-pinene. It blends well with essential oils of bergamot, lemon, pine, geranium, oregano, sandalwood, frankincense, lavender, and jasmine.
