PRIMER FOR ADHERING TO DIFFICULT DIFFERENT SURFACES BASED ON WATER

New technology acrylic water adhesion primer with anti-corrosion protection for metallic surfaces. Offers protection on interior and exterior surfaces such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, galvanized surfaces, zinc, particleboard, MDF, hard PVC, polyester, glass, tiles, ceramics, fiberglass, and surfaces already painted with oil-based paint or powder paint.

Characteristics:

• Can remain as the final color, maintaining its properties and offering an excellent semi-matt finish.
• Offers excellent coverage.
• Spreads wonderfully, working smoothly to ensure even coverage of the final color.
• Can be repainted with any one-component water or solvent-based paint.
• With rust inhibitor.
• Excellent adhesion to any surface.
• Excellent stain insulation.

Yield: 10-12 square meters per liter/layer. Typically, 1 layer is required.

Shades: White, Grey, and an unlimited number of light shades.

Gloss: Matt.

Application: Brush, roller, air pressure gun, airless gun.

Thinning: If required, up to 5% v/v with water.

Drying time: 1 hour.

Repaint time: 12 - 24 hours.

Packaging: 750 ml, 2.5 liters.

Instructions:

The surface must be dry and clean from dust and other residues. Remove all loose or peeling paints. Painted surfaces should be sanded with appropriate sandpaper to achieve a dull finish.

Application instructions:

• Avoid application in case of impending rain over the next 5 days.
• Thin up to 10% v/v with water and mix well before painting.
• Apply 1-2 layers for the ideal result.
• Minimum repaint time: 24 hours.
• Surface dry time: ½-1 hour at 25°C and 50% relative humidity.
• Avoid application at temperatures lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C.

Instructions for after application:

• Immediately clean tools with warm water and soap after use.
• Seal the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use.
• Store in a cool place.
