I've had it since 2014 or somewhere around there. Ok, Pentagon gear is tough, only the velcro on the sleeves has worn out, which is normal with use. I no longer use it daily but for travel it's just right. It barely fits in its pockets as much as a fairly large pouch would. It's not 100% waterproof but it will withstand a light rain. It's not the warmest out there, meaning you need something extra underneath in the cold, especially if we're talking below 10 degrees. Overall though, in terms of wear, it hasn't suffered at all, it doesn't look impressive but it's extremely durable.

It is windproof, moderately good in terms of waterproofing, the hood folds and closes with a zipper, and it has a slim design (ideal for flexibility). The jacket is literally "soft-shell" so don’t expect it to withstand Siberian weather and wonder why you feel cold. If you want more warmth, get a hardshell, but with the bike you mention, you won’t even be able to move afterwards. It is a decent softshell for its price and in the Greek military market it is top in its category.

After a few years, the black color I have faded and turned brown!!! I think the sun does the damage... if it didn't have this issue with the specific color, it would be perfect! However, this problem makes it seem disposable since polyester cannot be dyed!!!! and unfortunately, its price is increasing!. Otherwise, it is perfect. You should expect the black color to last 4-5 years.

It is the second one I am purchasing, it has a tight fit on the body and the chest pockets definitely need reinforcement otherwise they can tear.

I don't know what to say about this jacket.... I have had it for 4 years... it is like new without any signs of wear... only the black color has slightly faded which I consider normal for its age and daily use. (I wear it daily in the winter on my motorcycle with a thermal and a shirt)

In the price evolution of this jacket, I see the price up to 85 euros, which is reasonable. Not for 100-115 euros that I see.
It is a lightweight spring jacket that I wouldn't say is waterproof, it won't withstand heavy rain. However, for someone who wants something light, flexible, and with many pockets, it is very good. Another positive aspect is that it has zippers under the armpits for ventilation.

As the owner of the jacket, I can confidently tell you that it is a very nice tactical jacket in terms of design, but that's about it. Some say it is waterproof... not at all! Others say that with a sweatshirt and low temperatures, they didn't feel cold... on the contrary, they were sweating! It is simply a nice discreet jacket for moderate outdoor temperatures, around +18 or maybe +15 degrees Celsius.
For riding a motorcycle, I'm not talking about a bike... forget it, you can, but not for long.
Don't deceive people with false claims.
How much warmth can such a thin fleece provide, guys? Then maybe Pentagon should stop making the thickest fleeces themselves.

I will say what others say. As a first impression, you are a little disappointed because it is quite thin and it doesn't catch your eye, but it is truly the best jacket I have ever bought. It is thin, it is very comfortable, for the first time I can work with a jacket on the motorcycle, nothing passes through the air, even at 12 degrees if I drive for more than 15-20 minutes, I don't sweat. Before, I had an economical type of jacket three times bigger in volume and I really didn't expect that the Pentagon would be much better and warmer... now time will tell if it lasts.

Update after about 2 years... while it has very good materials, the seams are terrible. It has worn out in some areas and the scratches on the sleeves are terrible, they don't hold easily and keep opening constantly... a shame for its price.

I have had it for 4 years and I have literally worn it everywhere, at work, outside for coffee or hunting. As others have written below, with a fleece shirt inside, it fully covers you in temperatures of 0 degrees on the mountain. To the point where when you start walking, you want to take it off. But here is where the special ventilation openings come in and help the situation.
Endless pockets inside, outside, and the back pocket is very good too, as it can be used for ventilation, for example, to put gloves in.
The hood gathers and has a visor to maintain its shape.

The jacket initially deceives you and doesn't impress you that it will withstand cold weather and snow. I took it to Iceland in October with temperatures well below zero and wearing only a sweatshirt, I didn't feel cold, even during long hikes with stormy winds. Returning to Greece with temperatures of +20 degrees, I wear it with a short-sleeved shirt and it is lighter than a sweater without warming you at all. Elastic and comfortable. I really didn't expect this for the 100 euros I paid. Excellent.

Very durable jacket, warm, waterproof, and very practical with many pockets. In winter, with +5 degrees and a hoodie underneath, it fully covers me. I bought it for the first time in 2015 in black, after so many years of daily use, the only thing it has suffered is a slight fading on the shoulders. I was in a situation of who's going to cut it now, I pulled the jacket with force and instead of being cut or torn, it just made a tiny hole that anyone would expect the opposite. It didn't suffer the slightest scratch and I'm in a phase of never parting with it... Well, since then I don't separate from it, maybe I'll even proceed to buy a second one)

The jacket seems to have good quality, but it has a very strange style, meaning that it will be just right for you and you won't be able to comfortably wear anything underneath it, or if you go to the next size, it will be huge. I wore it on trips to Northern Epirus, and with the first rain, it leaked water inside in the first 10 minutes that I was exposed until I found shelter. It doesn't withstand very cold weather unless you manage to fit a sweatshirt and a fleece jacket underneath. It is expensive for what it offers.

Good company, Pentagon, but this particular one is tight and needs one size up to fit a sweatshirt inside. However, that's its style, even with one size up, it will still be uncomfortably tight under the armpits. It is not a jacket in any case, and definitely not a windbreaker. It is partially waterproof due to the initial coating, but it disappears over time. Up to 10 degrees with a sweatshirt inside is okay, anything below that is not. It is not suitable for 0 degrees or for a motorcycle as I read below. If you want to spend money on such use, you will regret it.

I have had it since September 2018. It is the most durable, lightweight, comfortable, and breathable jacket I have ever worn in my life. It really rocks, and I would buy it again and again.
