    The CO₂ cartridge is a small, single-use metal cylinder filled with compressed carbon dioxide (CO₂).


    It is placed in the gun as a power source for propelling the pellets (or for greater realism with Blowback).

The ASG CZ Shadow 2 CO2 air pistol features a design derived from the actual steel counterpart and offers exceptional characteristics.

The slide is made of anodized aluminum with a more angular design and a slight increase in weight, facilitating recoil management and allowing for more accurate shots. The serrations on the slide provide a better grip when cocking the slide.

The notches on the front and back of the grip are more pronounced, while the zinc plates with CNC machining promote a better grip. The trigger guard has been extended for easier access to the trigger and smoother operation.

Changes include a new angular-cut grip with a deeper tail and an adjustable magazine release cover. The magazine safety provides positive confirmation when pressing.
