      It has literally saved me! I use it during my period, it heats up and relieves like nothing else. Good for belly and lower back. I am buying it for the second time because my cat bit the first one after years without anything happening to it. It's a bit hard to find the pads and they are expensive but you change them once a year, if that. The package also contains a second set if I’m not mistaken.
