As you can see in the photos, each scoop is 5g with a precision scale and not 4g as stated on the label. Based on what the label says, at 3g, the creatinine is 2.6g, the rest are sweeteners. So at 5g, 4.3g is creatinine. Therefore, the price of €18 for 430g is a good deal, which is €38/kg of creatinine. As for the result, I will know after a month of use because I have low levels, and the improvement will show in the next tests. Both the cherry and cola flavors are quite good. For me, the best solubility is 5g in 200ml of water; you can also use 150ml or 250ml, but with 200ml, you'll achieve the best solubility and taste.

Indeed, in the tests I did in both December 2024 and March 2025, my creatinine was within the normal range, while before, I was quite below the low limit. And this was with use 2 times (10g) a week.

    It wasn't crystallized as many people write, and the taste (unflavored) was the same as creatine from bigger brands, but it had a VERY strong chemical smell like acetone. I took it out of the bag because I thought maybe the packaging was to blame, but it still smelled, so I ended up throwing it away. I didn't feel safe consuming it.

    I chose it because it was better priced than the expensive ones, as I saw it had good reviews. I wasn't expecting anything amazing but to my surprise, it is better than the more expensive ones, e.g. ON Optimum Nutrition, both in terms of solubility and how it sits in the stomach. In terms of workout results, it does exactly what the others do without lacking in anything.

    I have been completely satisfied with the product. I am unable to find any difference compared to similar products from well-known brands. For those who write in the reviews that the powder crystallizes, you should know that it is not the fault of this particular product but rather the fact that the powder has come into contact with moisture. This would happen with any creatine powder.
