I bought the cistern "with purchase via skrutz".
It does not include the metal pipe.
The listing says "CASSETTA - PORCELAIN CISTERN ONLY - HUIDA". I thought "only" meant without the toilet bowl.
Who would have imagined that it doesn't include the metal pipe or even the mounting brackets.
The issue is that I went to 5 hardware stores and couldn't find anything that fits.
I don't know if the company selling it offers the metal pipe separately.

I come back to say that apart from the above issue, which troubled me until I found a pipe (I finally found a plastic one), the product is excellent. Very strong and reliable.
I'm changing my rating and giving it the highest score.

Excellent, quality product. Looks stylish. Includes two buttons. One can be placed on the side, the second on top. Depends on which top cover you buy. Always specify from which side the water is supplied. There is a performance in different versions. I have a water supply from below and a side left button.
