Anxiety is one of the most common childhood disorders. Even when it is not easily recognizable, it exists and can create serious problems for the child (e.g., separation anxiety, school phobia, eating disorders, etc.) and affect their adolescence and adult life.

The Anxieosaurus is a flexible tool that helps prevent anxiety disorders in children aged 6-12 years. It is a comprehensive psychoeducational program for learning problem-solving skills and managing stressful situations with techniques based on cognitive-behavioral approaches.

Through a series of enjoyable activities and exercises, the child is assisted in developing the appropriate skills to identify and control their dysfunctional thoughts, negative emotions, and inappropriate behaviors. This way, they are able to solve their problems independently, practice self-control, and handle stress-inducing situations that concern them.

The goal of the program is smooth adjustment to school and social life, the development of relationships with peers, and the establishment of skills that allow the child to successfully cope with the challenges of everyday life.
