I installed the card on a computer with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit operating system using Windows drivers, and it recognizes USB STICK 3.0, USB STICK 2.0, and 2TB USB 3.0 drives without any issues. The motherboard is (Hewlett-Packard 1494). I will update if any problems arise.
In contrast to the ORICO PCI-e to 4x USB3.0 PME-4U, 5Gbps, which had trouble recognizing USB STICK 3.0 and USB STICK 2.0, it did not encounter any issues on a DELL OPTIPLEX 790 computer with Linux Mint version 20.3 Mate 64-bit operating system (Supports Linux).

Significant difference in loading and unloading speed. It just needs to cooperate with the stick. I installed this specific card on a relatively old machine that only had USB 2 ports. I haven't fully tested it yet. With the initial tests, it seems to do its job.

It was installed on Windows 10. The card does not work properly... if you place the device you want in the port that is closer to the motherboard, the speed is relatively good (USB 3.0 reached 155mb/sec). If you place the same device in the furthest port, it only reaches 20mb/sec. It was tested with both the drivers included in the package and the automatic drivers of Windows 10. If anyone has the solution, please let us know... otherwise, you can only use the first port.

A simple installation and the win 10 take over.
I didn't encounter any problems, it was just "plug and play" and the 4 ports are always useful.
Nevertheless, I would like the company to have some drivers for win 10, it would give me an extra assurance that it performs as it should at high speeds, but I'm not an expert.
