  • Cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
  • Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
  • Do not use the knives on frozen foods or for opening cans.
  • When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is good to wash the blade immediately.
  • Hand cleaning is preferable. However, if it goes into the dishwasher, it is good to dry with a soft cloth.
