The Geberit Sigma concealed cistern for a wall-hung toilet is designed for installation in a drywall wall and operates at low pressure. The dual flush is factory-set to 6 and 3 litres, and is operated from the front. The water connection is located in the centre, at the rear or at the top.

The cistern is fully insulated to prevent condensation and can also be installed in a corner. The support frame for the wall-hung toilet has an adjustable height of 41–46 cm, while the support feet can be adjusted by up to 20 cm. It is compatible with Geberit Sigma 01, Sigma 10, Sigma 20, Sigma 21, Sigma 30 Dual Flush, Sigma 30 Single Flush and Sigma 50 flush plates.
