I use it daily after washing my wet hair. I apply a small amount from the middle to the ends and comb and straighten them. It makes them soft and shiny, etc. However, the quantity and coordination with shampoo, etc. matter. Nothing special. It becomes like mud in the hair, I don't feel it moisturizes them - quite the opposite, and after a day, the hair smells bad, while when you apply it, it has a nice scent. A negative for me is also that you can't use it on dry hair for daily moisturizing. Satisfactory amount in the jar. I wouldn't buy it again. I would prefer a more moisturizing product.
