The goals of this work are: to make the modern chanter suspect the awkward beauty of Orthodox traditional chanting, to be aware of the responsibility for personal shortcomings and mistakes due to ignorance and insufficient musicological training, to be inspired by the personalities of the Chanters, to focus on their work despite adverse conditions, and to help the congregation in their prayers.
To begin to investigate deeply how to acquire ecclesiastical spirit and correct musicological judgment, to teach chanting for the glory of God.
