The shower head and the spiral nuts may be plastic and I still haven't figured out what the little ball bearings inside are for, but the adapter is metal and it also fits a regular shower head with a metal spiral hose.
That alone makes it a must have. Also, the adhesive on the mechanism that holds the shower head is very good.
Personally, I've left it as it is, but at the first opportunity I'll replace the spiral hose with a proper long one and keep the shower head (it's convenient that it's short and produces a better water jet with enough pressure). You can turn any shower faucet into a shower with this gadget.

Plastic stuff but it was very convenient for us so I can't say anything bad, it's also extremely cheap. I will get a second one if it breaks. The four stars are because it's Chinese and the build quality isn't that good

After a month of occasional use, the nozzle head had leaks and eventually detached, and no matter how much you tighten it, the leaks continue and it eventually comes off again.

It solved my hands! Good construction and the sticker that sticks to the wall is durable and stable!

Although it is cheap, it does its job very well. It withstands over time, only the shower needs cleaning from salts every now and then, not frequently

The first day of using the product is very good, it doesn't leak anywhere. I want to say to those who broke it that when we see plastic connection points, we don't tighten them as we would with a connection that is, let's say, made of iron or some other durable material. The points are plastic, so we tighten them just enough. I am very satisfied with the product, it has been very helpful to me

With little use, the phone broke and I replaced it with another one from the shower. It does the job though, perfectly fine.

Overall plastic construction, with a small spiral and a leaking valve. The included adapter does not fit the faucets I have.

I tried it once and for the purpose I bought it, to wash my hair in the sink when I dye them, it is very good.

Very good. It is exactly what you need if you have a baby and want to wash it in the sink. The quality is average but it is incredibly useful.

Very good for its price. Easy connection. I have connected it to the sink to shower the baby. Whether it withstands over time... remains to be seen, that's why I subtract 1 star (maybe I'm being unfair).

For its price, it is quite decent. However, do not expect super quality, but it does the job it promises and works fine.

The spiral is relatively short. So I replaced it with a longer one. Also, the phone seems to be made of fragile plastic.

For the price you pay, you get something more in terms of product. Pleasant surprise from the first contact. Hopefully it will last over time, it shows quality despite the fact that the valve is plastic. The glue for supporting the shower on the tile is good. Be careful to remove the transparent membrane from the aluminum-colored frame that the base is glued to... do not remove it, it is not packaging... it has glue on the back and the entire aluminum-colored surface sticks to the wall. It also matches the photocell type electric valves

In new faucets, it connects perfectly. In old ones, not so much. I installed it in the kitchen faucet and it is very convenient.

It's awesome, I love it, and the water pressure is also very good....the bracket sticks very well to the wall and is adjustable. ☺️

Useful product, in my opinion useful for faucets that do not have large sinks...
