The separation of the observation and illumination parallel beams (Gullstrand principle) avoids corneal and iris reflections. The illuminated area of the retina is fully visible even with narrow pupils, thereby achieving optimal conditions for ophthalmic examinations. It features exceptionally high optical performance with aspherical lenses and its head has a parallel optical path. It has a user-friendly On/Off rolling switch and dust protection.
