Last year around this time, I started taking it because I had knee pain while running, not always, but sometimes I would experience pain, pressure, and pinching in my knee, so I had to rest it for a few days without running.
This hasn't happened again since then, any rest needed was for another reason. I believe it has helped me with tendonitis in my hands as well, overall I am satisfied. I take around 40ml and not the recommended dosage

πέρσυ τέτοια εποχή το ξεκίνησα γιατί με πονούσε το γόνατο στο τρέξιμο, όχι πάντα, αλλά κάποιες φορές με έπιανε πόνος, πίεση και τσίμπημα μέσα στο γόνατο οπότε έπρεπε να το ξεκουράσω μερικές μέρες χωρίς να τρέχω.
αυτό δεν έχει ξανά συμβεί από τότε, οποιαδήποτε ξεκούραση που χρειάζονταν ήταν για άλλο λόγο. θεωρώ ότι με έχει βοηθήσει και με τενοντίτιδα στα χέρια, γενικά είμαι ευχαριστημένος. παίρνω γύρω στα 40ml και όχι τη δόση που προτείνεται
