It is exactly as it appears in the photos, but what about the quality? ZERO.
You pull the elastic, and not to mention that it doesn't stretch, you think it will break and cause damage.
If I were to buy it now, I would buy a brand, X-FIT, hoping it would be better.
But even that is very expensive.
That's why you go and buy the Chinese ones at 1/10 of the price here.
With 20 euros, I bought a Resistance Band that holds up to 30 kilos and 2 sets of bands (similar to this one, good enough), with 5 black hard bands in each set, and it has such quality that you hesitate to use it for fear of something happening.
P.S. Even for chewing gum, do market research. And every minute counts now.

Stay away from anyone who wants to train their quadriceps and legs in general. The ultimate stupidity... the bands may have some quality, but the handles for the legs are a joke... they are easily scratched!!! There is no chance of doing more than five repetitions without them breaking.. How difficult was it to make them a loop... those of you who want it for osteoarthritis, chondropathy, etc., stay away... it's a waste of money. I hope I saved at least one person.

I agree with the previous reviews. A significant omission (especially for this price) is that there is no exercise guide. Only the bag with the bands, hand and foot grips, and the door support accessory are included.

After 6 months of use, I can say that it is a very good product and worth its money. It has not shown any wear and tear, and the rubber bands have not lost their pressure. Overall, if someone is seriously into exercising at home with rubber bands, it is a product worth considering beyond individual bands

I have been involved with weights for years, I am quite muscular, and I lift weights at the gym that are much heavier than what my age (51) and body type (1.87 height - 106 kg) allow. The introduction is made to give credit to these specific resistance bands. They are used EVERY day from the beginning of March until today, either by me or by an athlete that I train personally. In every possible exercise, in every possible way. And if my athletes are normal young kids with athletic bodies, I work them as brutally as I can, using 2, 3, and 4 bands together if I deem necessary. So, within four months, only the black one (with the strongest resistance) broke yesterday, and all the others are in perfect health. For 20 euros, it is not just value for money, it is definitely a must-buy.

At first glance and after using it once, I would give it a 9/10 rating in terms of quality-price ratio.

For their price, they are excellent. With almost daily use, they have endured. I haven't used each rubber alone, but with 3 together, they haven't lost their elasticity nor have the handles come off. The only thing is that they have been pressed at the point where the angle is made with the base for the door, but this is normal.

Well, it's the first day and I don't have much to say except that the black band came with a mark that worries me in case it breaks while I'm using it.

First day of use and they seem very good and durable..
The only downside is that they smell and need 3 kilos of AXE

Perfect product! I didn't know the company, but I can say that the reviews fully correspond to the quality/price ratio!

I received it yesterday.
It looks good, but I haven't used it yet.
What I didn't like is that it had a small piece of paper as an exercise guide with very small images and letters.
It would be better if it had an A4 page with sketches.

Very good so far, coming from a bad experience with others that broke on the second day, I have to say that both the handles and the bands have very good durability. With the right exercise guide, they can replace the gym to a certain extent. Maybe not so important, but the bands don't smell bad like the previous ones I had, which made the whole room smell like oil.
