The design is exactly as shown in the photo. The actual colors are slightly different as in the photo it appears black and brown, but if someone observes it up close, in reality, it is a light black with a hint of blue inside and the surrounding area is not purely brown but also has a bit of gray. The instructions claim that it can be washed in the washing machine, I will come back when I try it.
From previous experience with carpets of this type, they usually disintegrate in the washing machine, as their non-slip surface gets destroyed, it turns into small pieces and you end up having to pick it up from the washing machine by hand. We shall see.
