I started it after a suggestion from a friend who is a trainer. At first, it seemed like a joke to me. How can someone eat mayonnaise and souvlaki in the morning and lose weight?

After 5 months, I lost 11 kilos without deprivation. I should mention here that I counted calories for a couple of weeks at the beginning. After that, I ate more or less, maybe even a bit carelessly, but the scale kept going down.

The diet featured in this book is 100% reliable. It’s very easy to follow without feeling you’re actually on some type of diet it’s more of a way of eating. In just one month both my husband and I have lost 7 kilos each

I have also bought the book and despite being an excellent effort, it unfortunately falls into the mistakes of his colleagues: constantly referring to quantities. Some dietitians need to understand that according to the modern way of life (which he often mentions in his book), it is IMPOSSIBLE to walk around with a scale in hand or spend 2 hours every afternoon weighing food. 100g, 150g, 45g and nonsense, with all due respect. They have sat down and made precise calculations on a computer, failing to understand that all these things do not apply in practice. And even if someone tries it for 1-2-5 months, they will eventually get tired. Phrases used by other colleagues like "a cup of rice," "a handful of your own pasta," "a palm-sized portion of your own cheese," etc., have a greater impact and relevance to the average working person who is busy all day, and some confuse them with quantities. Okay, we understand that quantities are important and you can't eat 2 plates of pasta, but they should do something to help people who have serious problems and are busy all day with children, dogs, cats, work, parents, etc. In the midst of all this, they throw a "45g of cheese" at them and destroy them. It's just too much. I bought the book because the person who recommended it to me presented it as something different. Unfortunately, now it only takes up space in my library. What a shame.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT HESITATION!!!! I bought it with a little hesitation...BUT...because I lost weight so quickly without feeling hungry...as it doesn't exclude anything...it is truly wonderful and effective!!! Read it with optimism!!!! Good luck...

It suited me as I mainly eat it in the evening. I have lost the quarantine weight by changing my breakfast from bread to omelette.
One problem it has is that it doesn't give you alternatives for breakfast. However, you understand how things work. Besides, it repeats them again and again. :)
