After about 2.5 years of very limited use, the device stopped charging properly and essentially can no longer be used. Its use was minimal and always careful, so this particular malfunction is disappointing for a device of this category and price.

Until the problem appeared, its operation was satisfactory, but the durability of the battery and charging does not meet the expectations for a branded product.

Quite powerful, the downside I would give it is that it only has one pack of gel that is applied to the electrodes and the body, and most importantly, there are no instructions for use in Greek included in the package.

I would just like to say, since I have bought various Beurer products, that what makes a negative difference is the very poor after sales and service in Greece. Essentially, it is non-existent! They never fix anything and after you pay a fee to have the damage assessed, they then tell you to buy a new one! Unbelievable but true!

It seems like a very good machine with many programs and very powerful intensities. I have been using it for 2-3 weeks for strengthening the quadriceps on one leg due to an accident. I can't comment on results yet as it is still early. I will return after months of use.

It helped me with my problem, I did therapy with TENS for pain and EMS for strengthening, and it also has heating in the pads, but it only connects with electrodes via USB-C, and that's ridiculous because you have no options. Also, the electrodes wear out easily and the gel needs to be replaced, meaning for their price, they should be more durable. Another downside is that if, for example, one electrode stops working, you have to replace them all. With ten or twenty euros more, you can get a device that connects with regular single electrodes on each channel and you can change them one by one. If you need it for an injury, it's good, but if you plan to use it frequently, it's better to buy one with a regular connection for the electrodes.

I bought it hesitantly as the clinical studies I had read about this type of device were fifty-fifty. Half saw improvement, the others saw no effect at all. I belong to the lucky ones who were helped, and indeed a lot. I no longer feel pain. There are a multitude of programs and settings, I would say it's excessive, no issues with its operation or battery. I found OEM spare parts much cheaper, they should lower their prices if they want us to buy the originals. I can't recommend it as a treatment because I don't know how each person's body responds, but as a device, it deserves 5 stars.

In one word, fraud. I received a defective product and not only did the 5-year warranty not cover me in the first six months, but they also asked me for €20 for the inspection, and they found no defect. I left it with them.

Difficult to use but does what it says. Whether what it does has the expected results is another story...

I have bought it two years ago, using it for about 100 total days. After 10-15 uses, the performance drops significantly. The gel pads wear out relatively quickly. Their cost is about 24 euros, for two sets. I sent it to the headquarters after one year, they returned it to me stating that it functions according to the manufacturer's specifications. It worked fine, but after 1.5 months, the same issues occurred again. I replaced the gel pads, but the current still doesn't pass through. I will send it again. I would like more specialized support with more information.

Very good. It relieved the pulling sensation I feel in my foot from a hollow like right after physiotherapy. Also, the warmth it emits is very pleasant. The best purchase I have made in recent years.

I am a physiotherapist and I bought it with the intention of using it on my patients.
After almost a year of mild use, two out of the four electrodes stopped working.
Other than that, it is a good device for its price.

It is made of cheap plastic and the pads come off very easily.
If you somehow manage to keep the pads in place, it does a good job.

After foot surgery and prolonged immobility due to quad muscle atrophy from injury, combined with resistance band exercises, it dramatically helped the muscle to recover much faster.

I bought one for my mother who had a stroke and temporarily has paralysis in her left leg and arm in order to exercise her muscles. I tried it myself before giving it to her, on my biceps and abs. Impressions... very strong electrical signals, up to 10-11, you can't handle it anymore, very strong muscle contractions. Many programs. Battery endurance after 2 hours of use... I set 4 programs on myself and only one formula dropped.

Truly the best purchase I made in the last year. It relieves pain and tension in the back, shoulders, and waist! The only negative is the cost for the replacement patches, but I found compatible ones from another manufacturer at 1/4 of the price! The device is definitely worth its money and more!
