I decided to buy this particular one because of its good characteristics as an Access Point, but mainly because of the RouterOS software it runs on, which allows you to configure your network with many parameters that I believe few routers offer. Spending a few hours a day experimenting is very interesting, especially if you are interested in networks and want to learn. Having it for just two days, I can say that the installation was easy, there have been no disconnections so far, it is discreet in the space, and it is necessary to have some initial (at least) networking knowledge to handle it!
UPDATE - 01/02/2022: After about 9 months, it has never caused any issues during both Wi-Fi and wired connection usage. Additionally, it is worth buying because it is one of the 4 wireless devices from Mikrotik where the Wi-Fi Wave2 package is available (only in version 7 of RouterOS), which allows you to enable the new WPA3 encryption for Wi-Fi. Also, in the 2.4GHz frequency, it increases the Max Data Rate to 400Mb/s.
Αποφάσισα να το αγοράσω το συγκεκριμένο, λόγω των καλών χαρακτηριστικών ενός Access Point που έχει αλλά κατά κύριο λόγο για το RouterOS λογισμικό με το οποίο δουλεύει και σου δίνει την δυνατότητα να διαμορφώνεις το δίκτυο σου με πάρα πολλές παραμέτρους που πιστεύω λίγα ρούτερ σου δίνουν αυτές τις επιλογές. Το να κάτσεις κάποιες ώρες την ημέρα και να πειραματιστείς είναι κάτι πολύ ενδιαφέρον, ειδικότερα αν σε ενδιαφέρουν τα δίκτυα και θες να μάθεις.
