  • Festive pages with games, crafts, recipes, traditions, painting, crosswords.

Read an excerpt

Design and cut a large rectangle on the white cardboard. Draw and cut a triangle on the red cardboard. Glue the triangle as a roof on top of the white rectangle. You have made a tall house! Then cut out the numbers and glue them onto the house in order (1-25) to create the windows. Decorate the calendar with glitter and Christmas ornaments that you will draw. Cut and glue a number from the calendar onto each small bag. Fill the bags with candies and put inside each one small pieces of paper with the festive ideas you read in the book, one for each day. Place one note in each bag. Seal the bags with ribbons. Hang them in a row (1-25) on a string, on a wreath, on the ladder, or on a dry branch.
