OstroVit BCAA 2:1 + L-Glutamine combines branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 2:1:1 ratio with L-glutamine. BCAAs consist of leucine, valine and isoleucine, while L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid.
The recommended daily dose is four capsules. This product is intended for healthy adults and is not suitable for children or as a substitute for a varied diet. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor.
