It doesn't let me sleep for more than 4-5 hours, and most of the time during sleep it comes off the teeth if the mouth opens.

The thing is, though, that it is quite large—and I mean the regular fit, which is also recommended by the instructions, because there are two in the package, the other one is even bigger. So, it is a bit uncomfortable and annoying at first. And maybe in the first few days, you might wake up and take it off. Amazing job, especially for its price. I replaced my CPAP, which was bothering me, for my apneas.

I didn't expect that I would stop snoring, and yet this mouthpiece managed it! On the positive side, both I and those next to me can sleep, and it's very good that it comes with a case so you can take it everywhere. On the negative side, during the first days of use, in the morning you feel your jaw a bit stiff, but personally it didn't bother me because there was no pain, you just felt it a bit different. I would suggest rinsing it with toothpaste and not just water

It definitely helped with the apneas. But it didn't eliminate them (in my case it wasn't that easy).
The first few days of use you wake up as if you've been punched in the jaw. And the following days as well, but you get used to the jaw discomfort.
For me, it was the stepping stone to getting a CPAP machine, which really solved my problem (if you can get one... do it, and don't bother with half-measures, unless perhaps you have a minor problem for which half-measures work)

Personally, for me, the snoring was not completely eliminated but it was reduced in duration. The mobile app helped me as well, and it gives you statistics about the time. There is some pain in the teeth when you wake up, but it lasts only for a short while. I will update again after some time...

Crazy! Just unbelievable, even though I bought it very skeptically, from the first night I never snored again. A different person in the morning with the same hours of sleep. Clearly, it's not comfortable but you get used to it in a week. The first nights I took it off after 4 hours, but now I wear it the whole time and the result is amazing.

When it does its job, it does it well. The issue is that the bottom tray slips out, which does all the work, so it's useless. When it stays in place, everything is fine.

I have bought and been using the mouthpiece for about 20 days now.
What I have to share is that initially I had a lot of difficulty getting used to using it all night. Especially the first night, I slept very little. Very bulky and doesn't close the mouth, so I couldn't sleep. Not convenient at all, even on the smallest staircase.

Excellent quality as a product. In theory, it might work for someone with a minor breathing problem. It takes time to get used to it and gradually increase the levels that push the jaw forward, otherwise your teeth will hurt a lot. Unfortunately, it didn't help me. I needed CPAP.

Prefer something that might give you orthodontic treatment. It brings me dry mouth and strange dreams for now. It falls off after three hours. Maybe it needs to be slept on your back. I will try it a little longer but for now, I consider it a waste of money

I bought it based on the comments I saw on skroutz and because of the intense problem of snoring and snorting that I have, hoping that it would save me, as the product promises. My experience was very bad. This particular product is impossible to "fit" inside a patient's mouth without causing problems with their teeth. I managed to wear it for 2 days and the pain from the pressure on my teeth was unbearable. Essentially, it pushes the jaw forward with pressure on the teeth to release the airway and prevent blockage in the reclining position. Personally, it didn't work for me at all. It's a shame for the money I spent (100€). If you are looking for a real solution, it's better to resort to a sleep clinic and a CPAP mask. Otherwise, another option is surgery. That's all from me.

Having lost hope after visiting a dentist and trying a similar mouthpiece without results, I was surprised that a similar purchase from the internet and after so many positive reviews would solve my chronic problem. The best 100 euros I have spent. It takes some getting used to at first. But no snoring at all. And I wake up more refreshed because it helps me oxygenate maybe better.

Effective product. It stops snoring even in a lying position. It takes a while to get used to it in the mouth, but it definitely does what it describes.

It successfully prevents the "dropping" of the lower jaw and saves the other half from snoring. It is better or equivalent to more expensive devices. It does exactly the same job as a similar device (equally good) that I had in my possession and had cost 250!!! Zero snoring in 25 consecutive nights of use. It has two inserts inside to cover different sizes. It requires attention in preparation to fit well the first time like all devices of this kind.
