Key features:
Good machine. I feel like I'm climbing stairs. Excellent workout for the arms as well with the resistance bands it has.
It gives a good workout. You feel like you are climbing stairs and it raises your heart rate during exercise. It works out the legs and calves well, I don't use the resistance bands much but as a stepper it is good.
Wonderful .. the only downside was that it didn't come with the hoses even though it was advertised as a package, other than that the machine is amazing
The worst thing that broke from the first day is the wheel that the rope attaches to. They replaced it for me. Then the support from the wheel got crooked and now it broke at the base from the rope. It hasn't even been a month since I have it. My wife weighs 62 kilos and she uses it. Money wasted.
Very lightweight, small and convenient, you can exercise and move it anytime of the day you want in the comfort of your own home!
