I didn't find it particularly accurate to be honest compared to an old analog SECA I have, but also compared to another TANITA RD-953, a larger and more expensive model that a friend of mine has. It is also small, which is convenient if you want to carry it around, but if you have size 40 feet like me, it's a bit of an issue... It's simply an OK choice if you don't want to spend more money.

The weight is measured okay. Unfortunately, though, the rest of the measurements are random every time. For example, on a weekly basis, it can have up to a 5% deviation in body fat percentage, with all measurements taken under the same conditions. The same applies to muscle mass, etc.

The scale is lightweight and accurate for its price. It has a slight deviation from the dietician's scale. This may be due to its small size. If you have a shoe size above 40/41, unfortunately, your toes will protrude.

Good construction and accurate measurements, it would be a great advantage if it could transfer the measurements to an application so that I don't have to enter them in Excel every time to monitor my physical condition over time.

The build quality seems quite good in relation to its price, although it is entirely made of plastic (only for household use), and it is accurate in the measurements it performs instantly (weight, % of fluids, % of fat) with electrodes and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). Although the measurements for 4 different individuals with stored profiles and 1 guest are displayed quite quickly, only the last measurement for each person is stored in the memory. The overall picture that one gets from the indicators for physical condition corresponds to the image that someone comparatively has with someone else (metabolism, physical condition, fat, etc.). The instructions and usage are quite easy with a little attention at the beginning. It does not have wireless connectivity, so recording the results each time is required for monitoring progress. The small size and weight, as well as the readable screen, are very positive features.

I have had it for over a year. Easy to use. The repeated measurements have a small deviation. It takes simple batteries that I haven't had to change so far. It may show slightly higher body fat percentage than the actual, especially in women, but it is stable and reliable to measure fat changes. I really like the additional measurements it displays (percentage of fluids, muscle mass, body composition, bone mass, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age, visceral fat indicator, etc.). There is also an option to create a profile (you can choose based on activity) or measure as a guest. I would buy it again.
