After washing, squeeze out excess water and apply a amount about the size of two walnuts from the middle of the hair to the ends, gently massaging to ensure effective absorption of the product. Leaving the mask on for at least 5 minutes can be combined with wrapping the hair in a warm towel to boost hydration.

For rinsing, prefer lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and "lock in" all the nutrients.
