You should be aware that this particular blood pressure monitor has no approval from any organization. For me, it was probably consistently showing higher pressures and so they gave me the list of those approved by stride bp. From the same company are the braun bua4000/bua4050

The product is good. But the bluetooth doesn'n work with the latest IOS from apple. I complained to the Braun service, waiting now 4 months, and there is still no update.

Excellent blood pressure monitor. Very convenient with the BT connection for recording. I followed the process from the beginning based on what previous users said about changing the country, etc., then I switched it back to Greece and it still works perfectly

Very good and it helps that it connects to the mobile. Just when you install the app, select USA as the country so there are no issues. After it's connected, then you can change the country to Greece.

Excellent and precise, the only bad thing is what the other guys are saying about the app: to connect it, you have to set your phone to another country, download the app, connect it, and then everything is fine—you can switch your phone back to Greek and everything works perfectly

Good and reliable. When you want to take many measurements in a row, you have to turn it off and on again

I had the Omron before but I think this one is better both in measurements and in the fact that it connects to the phone via Bluetooth, so you can have all the measurements readily available

The blood pressure monitor works very well. The 3 stars mainly go for the app for iPhone. (iOS 18) While for the first 5-6 months the app worked normally, from October 2024 until now, it has stopped transferring the measurements to Apple Health. Even with the latest update v2.3.5. The blood pressure monitor seems to work OK and syncs easily with the app. But anyone with an iPhone who wants the measurements to sync to Apple Health might be better off getting something else.

Since I have been a owner for two days, I will say that in comparison to an Omron, its quality is better. I will return once I have a better picture over time.

-Because I struggled with connecting the app on iOS as the application opens but gets stuck on the logo, the solution is as follows: settings/general/language & region and select region: United States, open the app, set it up, connect the device via Bluetooth, then close the app and revert the region selection back to Greece, and then it works perfectly.

Amazing, it measures accurately and the two replacement arms provided fit everyone, even children

Very nice and easy to use, and the measurements are correct. I couldn't manage the app but it doesn't bother me. I'm mainly interested in the measurements being accurate.

As a product, it is excellent! However, the Braun app after the latest update does not work in Greece, so it only functions as a simple blood pressure monitor. But I bought it for this reason and only for this, so I changed the country on my phone, set it to United Kingdom, and downloaded the app again! It works perfectly!!! I changed the country back to Greece and it still works, so anyone who has this problem should try it

Update 31/3/25 the App on ios hasn't been working for half a year! The solution is to set your phone to English USA and it works fine! It's good, get it, it also has a mobile app that keeps 500 memories with dates and times to send to your doctor.

The quality seems very good, the feel of the main button is... somewhat like having 3-4 OCDs combined inside you.
It surprises me that some consider it a no-name brand. Times have changed. Braun is one of the oldest electrical companies, once one of the most glorious, and certainly the one that gave the most importance to design.
I confirm that it connects to iPhone/iOS, but it requires the Braun app. After measuring, it automatically transfers the results to Health.
It has 2 wristbands depending on the size of the hand, but one can also see them as replacements

I do not usually write reviews for products, but I liked this one so much that I made the effort. I have had it for 2 days, so my evaluation is not based on long-term use that would have shown its reliability. I will confirm and amplify everything that the previous reviewers have written. For the money you buy it, at the time I am writing my review, it is an excellent value for money. The screen is very user-friendly, the repeatability of the measurements is so good that you think it somehow "cheats", the functionality is fantastic, the usability is exceptional, the case is the best (especially for this money), and the application is also excellent. I could not imagine a better or more functional application. The incredible bonus is the 2 wristbands (which seem to be of excellent quality) included in the package.

The main thing: it takes accurate measurements, tested compared to doctor's measurements.
Otherwise, the Bluetooth and the corresponding app are good, so you can store the measurements on your mobile or on Apple Health, for example.
Also, it is comfortable and economical in operation. It does not inflate under high pressure and then drops until it finds the real one. It takes many small steps, so it does not exert much pressure. The experience is pleasant.
It is a good value for money. For the same features in other branded Japanese blood pressure monitors, you have to pay significantly more.
