The sheet metal shear adapter converts the rotary motion of a drill/driver into the reciprocating motion of the blade, allowing cuts in any direction and at any angle. Cutting can start at the edge or in the middle of the sheet, while the heads do not deform the sheet metal.

It cuts metal sheets up to 1.8 mm thick, stainless steel up to 1.2 mm, soft sheets up to 2 mm, as well as plastic or plywood up to 22 mm. It has a special handle for use with either the right or left hand.
