Personalize your diet by gaining knowledge through 3 axes and 15 categories of analysis. By taking the iDNA Nutrition Test, you will receive information regarding weight management, cardiometabolic health, and food sensitivities.

Weight Management

Genes contribute to finding the right diet for you with the goal of successful weight loss, as well as maintaining the loss in the long term.

Cardiometabolic Health

Cardiometabolic health is influenced by DNA and environmental factors, such as diet.

Food Sensitivities

Food sensitivity mainly refers to the inability to process or digest certain foods. You will learn if you process substances such as caffeine, lactose, and gluten satisfactorily.

Results

More specifically, the following axes are examined through 15 analysis categories:

Within 20 business days from the receipt of the buccal swab sample by the laboratory, the results report of your Genetic analysis will be available in your electronic file on myEMR.

  • Results: Within 20 working days from the receipt of your sample, the results report will be available in your electronic file on myEMR

Creating a profile is a necessary step for registering the kit. It is not required to fill out any documents that may be included in the kit. This information needs to be completed online during registration.
