The TV did not turn off and presented a problem on the screen with a large gray line!!! Second LG that I buy and presents a problem! The first one turned the whole screen blue after three years! There will not be a third and bitter one..

Very good television for its price. Very good sound with many options in sound settings. The smart remote control is worth every penny. I highly recommend it without reservation.

We initially bought a Samsung QLED, which, however, had compatibility issues with Mac, so we returned it and got an LG, which is fully compatible (according to Apple's information). Although I have always loved LG, this particular one was a bit disappointing. The picture was just good (contrast, color intensity, etc.), while the black - which was actually gray - made the overall result very mediocre. Additionally, in the 50-inch size, it does not have an IPS panel, which was extremely noticeable even at one meter of deviation from the center. As a result, within a month, we switched to OLED, which is unbeatable! If you don't have compatibility issues and want something more economical, it's better to go for QLED, which are priced similarly to nanocell and have a picture that competes with OLED. If, on the other hand, you have a Mac or are interested in the very nice design, it's better to spend a little more - since we don't change TVs every year - and go for OLED.

After 3.5 years, my LG 55 TV had a problem with the panel. The warranty was for two years. The service company told me that the cost of the replacement part is €725 and an additional €105 for labor and transportation. For a TV that I bought for about €700! When I asked how this is possible, the answer was "if it wasn't damaged, you're unlucky."

Despite contacting the company and the "supposed" communication with the president, the answer was "it is not the company's policy to assist customers once the warranty has expired."

The old saying goes, "one dissatisfied customer is equivalent to 100 satisfied ones."

Not only will I not buy LG again (I have two other TVs and a refrigerator), but I will also not recommend their air conditioners and heat pumps to anyone in my environment and on social media, highlighting the response I received.

After 15 days, my opinion is that it is VFM. Very good image on digital channels, quite good from DVD with component cable, but where you really see the capabilities is in 4K video. I consider the menu somewhat peculiar, but much better than SAMSUNG. The sound is really very good and definitely does not need a soundbar. The SMART capabilities have covered me. The negative aspect of this TV is the small viewing angle if you want to see the colors correctly.

I have been the owner of this for two weeks now. In comparison to the 49NANO816NA model, it seemed identical but with an extra inch.
The blacks are very nice, the colors are fantastic but they need a little calibration with the help of some websites. The sound is amazing with plenty of depth.
The operating system is very fast and the remote control is wireless with a cursor on the screen.
For the money, at 500 euros which is the current price, it is the best entry into nano LED technology available right now.

Impeccable in terms of purchase cost (€500 for 50 inches). The only downside is the viewing angles, as with all TVs with VA panels. Impressive performance even on SD television channels from digea.

Unbelievable television (50") with perfect sound and excellent viewing angles. Its construction is of high quality, quite slim, its menu is user-friendly, the magic remote is awesome and makes your life easier.

Amazing colors and details and, since the whole issue with LED TVs is about black levels, I have to tell you that it has amazing blacks, very close to OLED.

Purchased on Black Friday 2020 for the price of €495, I would say it is clearly the ultimate value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone, it will even captivate the most "picky" user.

  • After 3.5 years, my LG 55 TV had a problem with the panel.

  • After 15 days, my opinion is that it is VFM.
