    It is great for a first table for its price. Firstly, it helps babies to try to stand up (that's why it says 12+ for those who complain... it's better to be informed about all the uses). Then, after the child learns to stand up and grab, they can play with the various toys (or we can show them how to do it... the child doesn't learn on their own). Also, with the steering wheel, we can pretend to drive. Finally, the other side with the board is equally interesting (at least for my child), from 16 months old and they are still interested. Such tables are quite expensive, so the price is great for what it offers!
    I should add that it is well-made (meaning when the child leaned on it to learn to stand up, it could support the weight) and the only negative is that the string from the board is short, so we cut it to make it more comfortable for the child to draw.
