Very good vitamins. I hate effervescent ones because they have a very strong taste and disgust me, I can't swallow the pills because most of them are huge, but I really liked these ones, they had a mild taste and went down more easily. They helped me a lot when I got sick with COVID, I was taking them twice a day along with vitamin D and zinc.

Με βοήθησαν πολύ όταν νόσησα με κοβιντ μαζί με d και ψευδάργυρο έπαιρνα κ αυτές 2 φορές την ημέρα .
