This book is divided into 3 parts: The exercises in the first part are written in such a way that the weaker fingers (such as the fourth) are trained more, resulting in all fingers in both hands gaining the same strength and flexibility and ultimately achieving equal performance.

In the second part, similar exercises to those in the first part are followed, as well as exercises that prepare the student for the technique of scales, such as thumb transfers. It also includes a reference to all scales and the most common chords and arpeggios used in European music.

The third and final part includes exercises that address specific technical difficulties, which are the most important ones that appear in the educational program until the end of studies.
