Preparation Instructions
Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the bottle and teat.
Boil fresh water and let it cool to about 50°C.
Pour half the amount of water into the bottle and add the level scoops of powder.
Close the bottle, shake vigorously, add the remaining water and shake again.
Check the temperature of the milk on your wrist (37°C) before giving it to the baby.

Our baby was born premature and we started with Almiron PDF for preemies. Unfortunately, it bothered her a lot from the beginning. She was constantly spitting up and over time the situation got worse: I couldn't lay her down because she would spit up milk, choke, and have something like fits—she couldn't breathe well, milk would come out of her mouth and nose... a real nightmare.
We changed and went to Almiron for reflux. The first two days it seemed to help her, but on the third day she started having very hard stools, so much so that from the strain she developed a fissure on her bottom and we were running around with creams.
Desperate, after reading many reviews, we decided to try Humana. We made the change gradually and we are still in the middle of the transition, but so far the results are impressive:

Από την πρώτη και ολας φορά το δέχτηκε χώρος πρόβλημα ! Ανακουφιστικό αν σκεφτείς ότι δεν είχε καταπιεί κάτι άλλο πέραν του μητρικού !

In general, I don't write reviews, but this time I decided to do so because I feel that in this way I might help other moms who are having a hard time with their babies—just like we did.
Our baby was born premature and we started with Almiron PDF for preemies. Unfortunately, it bothered her a lot from the beginning. She was constantly spitting up and over time the situation got worse: I couldn't lay her down because she would spit up milk, choke, and have something like fits—she couldn't breathe well, milk would come out of her mouth and nose... a real nightmare.
We changed and went to Almiron for reflux. The first two days it seemed to help her, but on the third day she started having very hard stools, so much so that from the strain she developed a fissure on her bottom and we were running around with creams.
Desperate, after reading many reviews, we decided to try Humana. We made the change gradually and we are still in the middle of the transition, but so far the results are impressive:

️ She doesn't cry like before
Honestly, we are talking about a different baby compared to before. Where every feeding used to be anxiety and pain, now it is calm and pleasant.
I know every baby is different, but for us Humana was a real lifesaver and I feel the need to share this in case it helps another mom who is currently worried like we were.
Γενικά δεν γράφω αξιολογήσεις, όμως αυτή τη φορά μπήκα στη διαδικασία γιατί νιώθω ότι με αυτόν τον τρόπο ίσως βοηθήσω και άλλες μανούλες που περνούν δύσκολα με τα μωράκια τους — όπως ακριβώς κι εμείς.
Το μωράκι μας γεννήθηκε πρόωρο και ξεκινήσαμε με Almiron PDF για πρόωρα. Δυστυχώς από την αρχή την ενοχλούσε πολύ. Έκανε συνεχώς γουλίτσες και με τον καιρό η κατάσταση χειροτέρευε: δεν μπορούσα να τη βάλω ξαπλωτή, γιατί έβγαζε γάλα, πνιγόταν και πάθαινε κάτι σαν κρίσεις — δεν μπορούσε να αναπνεύσει καλά, της έβγαινε γάλα από το στόμα και τη μύτη… πραγματικός εφιάλτης.
Το αλλάξαμε και πήγαμε στο Almiron για αναγωγές. Τις πρώτες δύο μέρες φάνηκε να τη βοηθάει, όμως την τρίτη μέρα άρχισε να έχει πολύ σφιχτά κακά, τόσο που από το ζόρι της δημιουργήθηκε ραγάδα στον ποπό και τρέχαμε με αλοιφές.
Απελπισμένοι πια, μετά από πολλές αξιολογήσεις που διαβάσαμε, αποφασίσαμε να δοκιμάσουμε Humana. Κάναμε την αλλαγή σιγά-σιγά και βρισκόμαστε ακόμα στη μέση της μετάβασης, όμως μέχρι τώρα τα αποτελέσματα είναι εντυπωσιακά:
️ Της κάθεται πολύ καλά
️ Έχει φυσιολογικά, μαλακά κακά
️ Είναι πιο ήρεμη
️ Πιο χαρούμενη
️ Δεν ζορίζεται στο φαγητό
️ Δεν κλαίει όπως πριν
Ειλικρινά, μιλάμε για άλλο μωράκι σε σχέση με πριν. Εκεί που κάθε τάισμα ήταν άγχος και πόνος, τώρα είναι ήρεμο και ευχάριστο.
Ξέρω ότι κάθε μωρό είναι διαφορετικό, όμως για εμάς το Humana ήταν πραγματική σωτηρία και νιώθω την ανάγκη να το μοιραστώ μήπως βοηθήσει και κάποια άλλη μαμά που αυτή τη στιγμή αγωνιά όπως αγωνιούσαμε κι εμείς.

Όλοι μας είπαν τα καλύτερα γι αυτό το γάλα . Στη αρχή το έδινα σε συνδυασμό με μητρικό και όλα καλά. Όταν σταμάτησα το μητρικό και έπινα μόνο αυτό του προκάλεσε τρομερή δυσκοιλιότητα και έτσι πήγαμε το AC την Humana που του έκατσε πολύ καλά .

Πήραμε τον συγκεκριμένο γάλα επειδή το μωράκι μας είχε δυσκοιλιότητα με το προηγούμενο. Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε άμεσα. Η σκόνη φαίνεται ότι είναι πολύ ποιοτική και η ανάδευση της πολύ εύκολη. Για την τιμή του ας μη συζητήσουμε καλύτερα, όπως και για τις τιμές όλων των βρεφικών γαλάτων...
Formula recommended by our pediatrician. It worked exceptionally well for my daughter a few years ago, however, she generally was not a baby with difficulties or colic. For my son today, because he is facing issues with discomfort, we had to switch to Humana AC for colic.
