I have connected the router and the optical fiber. It works just fine. It is the model recommended by COSMOTE for their equipment.

A very good UPS for the router and the power supply of the optical fiber... It's better to get one for each... The battery lasts about 3 years and it's not worth the cost of replacement, just get a new one... The only drawback is that you need to check every 6 months if the battery works by unplugging it from the power socket, because its disadvantage is that if the battery is dead it leaves you 'out in the cold'... But for this money I think it's a very good little device...

This particular UPS was purchased after installing fiber optics to keep the router and ONT running... Something it turned out it cannot do. Maybe it's only worth it for just the router

For now it seems OK in its operation.
However, the cable connecting it to the router is extremely short and thus restricts you to where you can place it. So I don't find it very convenient. For example, if you want to mount the router on the wall, the UPS cannot be placed anywhere.

It is very nice, I got it for my router and it did a very good job, I am very satisfied with the product. I had bought it 5 years ago and it still works and still holds a lot of battery. The good thing is that you can also use it as a power bank to charge some device, smartphone, or any other tablet, laptop, and the good thing is that you can also change the output voltage, for example 9v/12v. I had a twisted idea, I took it, charged it fully, went out, and I used to have a small electric car. I took out the input port, connected it with the UPS, and used it to prune the olive machine, and it even worked there. I got a USB hub, connected it, and it charged all the devices. It's worth it, it's perfect, cheap, and perfect

I am using it for my router and it holds perfect. Even after an hour (the longest that I had so far) it holds.

I use it for the NT device of the optical fiber so that I don't have interruptions in the internal network. Very good so far and it has responded perfectly.

The first one functioned as a UPS for only six months. The one that replaced it worked for 2 years. Compared to another similar type of mini UPS that has been operating for almost 10 years and supplies power to a similar load, it is not worth its money.

Small and convenient, works perfectly in cases of power outages and keeps my router (fiber optic) running for quite a while.

Purchased on 21.04.2022 and today, 16.09.2025, as soon as I unplugged it to check if it works, I found out that it doesn't work. The router turned off immediately. It gives no warning, so it will let you down suddenly.

Update 04.10.2025: I am uploading three photos of the batteries. One with the battery type and two with the wiring. The batteries are connected with spot welding, and the wires are soldered. That is, if you don't have a spot welder and a soldering iron, it's not possible to replace them. Only if you have the tools and know-how is replacement possible.

If you can, spend a little more money, around 55 - 60€, and buy a bigger one with replaceable batteries.

Although the purchase is recent, it is very good because I had it before as well. However, I recommend changing it every 2 years for better functionality, because in areas with many power outages its performance drops. It keeps your landline and router online for at least 30 minutes

I put it in a ZTE 801c 5g router, whose own power supply is 18 watts. It seems to work. Time will tell.

The best for a router - definitely 4-5 hours of uninterrupted operation with its battery - amazing product!

Even with a momentary power drop, the router shuts down and takes 5-10 minutes to restart. As for keeping it running during a power outage, not a chance. I will try a different one next time.

it is a very good small UPS to give at least 8 hours of life to my router in case of a power outage.

Purchased on 7/12/2021., LAMTECH MINI DC UPS 30W 2.0A 9V-12V, Code LAM021417. During a recent power outage on 18/5/2025, it was found that its batteries did not work even for 1 sec. Completely dead. Inside it contains 4 China Zhuoneng SZNS 18650 3.7V 8.14Wh 2200mAh batteries, connected in series (so the UPS is not 8800mAh capacity as advertised but 2200mAh). Voltage measurement at the terminals of each one: 0.28V. And the strange thing is that when it is plugged in, the LEDs show 100% battery level! Are the batteries to blame?? Is the internal charger to blame?? Can you trust it afterwards? I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN.

Simply unbeatable!!! For over a year now with endless power outages and not a single disconnection. If there were more stars in the rating, I would give more.

Very good mini ups! It replaced a previous one (15w this) that Cosmote had given me for free (they kindly informed me that the free one died along with the ups 5 years later…) the only little issue it had, both the previous one and this one (but to a lesser extent) is that the power socket doesn’t make very good contact and if it is slightly pressed or inserted at an angle, it starts making a fizz-fizz sound and doesn’t charge! Other than that, it does its job (if the power goes out, you have internet & phone for about two hours more!)

It exclusively powers one of the (relatively) new modems/routers from Cosmote (Speeport Plus 2). During a power outage lasting about 40 minutes, the modem/router continued to operate normally. I do not know what might happen during a longer outage. Also, during a previous, shorter power outage, the power supply to the modem/router was interrupted (if it matters, this happened 2-3 days after its initial installation).

After a few months of use in a router, it completely stopped working, probably the battery ran out. Unfortunately, it is not worth buying.

I just got it and installed it on a TP Link 5G router. It seems to work perfectly even though it's still early. I unplugged the power supply for 10 minutes and it held up just fine. But as a UPS, shouldn't it make some beep or sound?

When I unplug it, it keeps the router on. However, when there is a momentary power outage, it shuts off, which results in the router shutting down as well. In other words, it turned out to be "useless" for me.

Immediate transfer to battery. Quality, it has a double cable in the package (possibly for 2 routers simultaneously).

I've had it for about 3 years now! It's perfect, it does its job, and it lasts me about 5 hours on the modem-router in case of a power outage

I use them in the router and cameras. Extremely reliable and durable.
The one I have in the router is four years old and during the last power outage, it easily lasted almost an hour before the power came back.

I have connected a 4g router and an ip camera. I did a test power outage and it lasted a full 4 hours (there was a little more left but I didn't want it to shut down completely). Now it remains to be seen how long the battery will last over time. I paid around 38€ from a well-known chain! If anything comes up, I will follow up.

I got it for the Cosmote Speedport Plus 2 and while it held it for a long time without power, it dropped my line synchronization by 20 Mbps. Logically, it was affecting some frequency of the power. I put in a Tescom UPS and the problem was solved.

After 1 year, the battery gave out. Until then, it worked adequately to keep the router open for up to two hours (which was the longest interruption). I will not buy it again.

I have had it for 5 years already. It was a gift from OTE. It works perfectly even now. It charges almost to 100% and while the power goes out, the router works normally. If it breaks, I will buy it again

One star because to work, you need to have a problematic home. If the main power goes out, YES, it keeps your router on. If the power goes out in the area, it also goes out at the junction boxes, so the internet cuts off anyway.
