If it is to be placed higher, then there is no problem. Additionally, it leaves about 4-5 cm from the wall, making it difficult to manage the cables. I added a piece of wood around 3 cm to make it stick out more. It includes everything one would need for installation (even a small level). The TV I have installed is 48''. I would not recommend it purely in terms of stability and distance from the wall.
